Personal Services To Fuel Your Success

Information and Referral

Advises individuals and families on where to go and how to get needed services, resources and information at all levels…locally, state and national resources.

Housing Advocacy & Moving Back into the Community

Our goal is to assist all our consumers to remain independent and live the best life they can.

Youth Transition

We assist youth with disabilities in the transition from high school to adulthood and empower them to live more independently through advocacy…

Peer Support

Peer Support Staff serve as role models, as only someone with personal experience with disabilities can do.

Advocacy

Advocacy can be easily defined as an action that produces change. We provide advocacy at both the individual and systems level.

Independent Living Skills

We offer a range of information, resources, classes, and individual guidance to improve or enhance important daily life activities.
